The methods and techniques of Wing Chun Kuen are built on a foundation of correct posture, correct stance, and correct footwork. Correct posture, stance and footwork enables correct understanding of Wing Chun Kuen principles and the development of correct methods and techniques. Much time will be focused on developing posture, stance, and footwork within independent and partnered exercises.
