MARTIAL ART and FITNESS EDUCATION
STUDENTS WILL LEARN the independent exercises, Siu Nim Tau, Cham Kiu, Biu Ji, and Hung Jong, and partnered exercises, Paak Sau, Laap Sau, Man Sau, Saan Sau, Chi Sau, and Chi Geurk. More advanced students will be invited to learn the Wing Chun Kuen implements, Muk Yan Jong, Luk Dim Bun Gwan and Baat Jaam Dou, in a private one-on-one or small-group setting. Additionally, students will be introduced to Chinese history, philosophy, and classical Chinese medicine.
